Refund policy
Given the perishable nature of fresh flowers, it is essential that the flowers are unpacked and put into water as soon as they are delivered. Any problems with quality must be reported to info@cultivars.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers who have a justified reason to claim will be offered the option of either product replacement, or a refund.
We are not responsible for delivery delays experienced by FedEx due to weather or mechanical error and are unable to offer refunds for those reasons.
