Shipping

Cultivars ships all orders using FedEx International Priority Direct Distribution Service. Shipping costs are included in the price of the flowers.

Record high volumes of e-commerce orders, COVID 19 closures and weather events may cause delivery delays.  FedEx is an expert in handling perishable products. A one or two day delay will not compromise the quality of the flowers.

Cultivars cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive on your chosen delivery day. FedEx delivery time guarantees are suspended during COVID.

You will receive email confirmation after your order is placed.  A few days before the delivery day, you will receive a FedEx tracking number and a separate email with specific care and handling instructions for the flower that you ordered.

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations. We are not responsible for delivery delays experienced by FedEx due to weather or mechanical error and are, therefore, unable to offer refunds for those reasons.

If you need the flowers for a weekend event, it is best to order them for Tuesday or Wednesday delivery. This will give them a chance to open.
